- 8 small Corn or flour tortillas (warmed)

Instructions
- Create the coating: In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the buttermilk: In a separate bowl, pour the buttermilk.
- Coat the fish: Dip each fish fillet into the buttermilk, then dredge it in the seasoned flour mixture.
- Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until shimmering.
