Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the cauliflower florets under cold water, then pat them thoroughly dry.
  3. Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the dried cauliflower florets into the bowl, tossing gently to coat.
  5. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the florets in a single layer.
  6. Roast the cauliflower for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice, then sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.
