Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • 1 tbsp Citrus Zest (lemon or balsamic vinegar)
  • 1/2 cup Nuts or Breadcrumbs (toasted)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: roasted peppers or diced ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease your baking dish with oil or butter.
  3. Combine goat cheese with citrus zest or vinegar in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Add fresh herbs and seasonings, mixing gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts or breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
