Description

A mouthwatering dish of crispy French fries topped with seasoned chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, finished with sour cream and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen French Fries
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the chicken breasts with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cook the bacon in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Bake the chicken on a baking sheet for 20–25 minutes or until fully cooked, then chop into small pieces.
  5. Prepare the French fries according to package instructions until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the crispy fries on a platter, topping with diced chicken, bacon, and shredded cheese.
  7. Melt the cheese in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Finish with drizzled sour cream and garnished with green onions.

Notes

For quicker prep, use rotisserie chicken and air fry the chicken for a faster cooking option.
