- 1 pound Chicken Breast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the chicken breasts with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Cook the bacon in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Bake the chicken on a baking sheet for 20–25 minutes or until fully cooked, then chop into small pieces.
- Prepare the French fries according to package instructions until golden brown.
- Assemble the crispy fries on a platter, topping with diced chicken, bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Melt the cheese in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Finish with drizzled sour cream and garnished with green onions.
Notes
For quicker prep, use rotisserie chicken and air fry the chicken for a faster cooking option.
