- Hollandaise Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the crescent dough package instructions.
- Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until fluffy and just set.
- Prepare the crescent dough by unrolling and cutting it into triangles.
- Fill each triangle with a slice of ham and spoonful of scrambled eggs.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, securely tucking in the filling.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
- Prepare hollandaise sauce as directed.
- Finish with a drizzle of hollandaise sauce and sprinkle with chives.
