Description

Delicious and flaky breakfast rolls filled with creamy scrambled eggs, savory ham, and topped with rich hollandaise sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Crescent Dough
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Ham, sliced
  • Hollandaise Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the crescent dough package instructions.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until fluffy and just set.
  4. Prepare the crescent dough by unrolling and cutting it into triangles.
  5. Fill each triangle with a slice of ham and spoonful of scrambled eggs.
  6. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, securely tucking in the filling.
  7. Bake on a lined baking sheet until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
  8. Prepare hollandaise sauce as directed.
  9. Finish with a drizzle of hollandaise sauce and sprinkle with chives.

Notes

These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
