Description

A refreshing summer dish featuring grilled nectarines paired with creamy burrata and a drizzle of honey.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe nectarines
  • 4 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  4. Place the nectarines cut-side down on the grill and grill for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove the nectarines from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  6. Arrange the grilled nectarines on a serving plate.
  7. Tear the burrata cheese and distribute it over the nectarines.
  8. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Grill the nectarines a few hours in advance and assemble with burrata and honey just before serving.
