Savory and sweet, these Honey Chipotle Chicken Sliders combine tender grilled chicken with a tangy sauce and a crunchy slaw, all nestled in a buttery brioche bun.

- 0.33 cup honey
- 2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo, finely chopped
- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 6 whole soft brioche slider buns
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for toasting buns)
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 0.5 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup shredded carrots
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise (again)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken thighs to an even thickness and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Create the Glaze: Whisk together honey, chipotle peppers, and ketchup in a mixing bowl.
- Grill the Chicken: Heat the grill, add olive oil, and grill chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, brushing with the glaze towards the end.
- Toast the Buns: Melt unsalted butter in a skillet and toast the brioche buns cut-side down until golden brown.
- Make the Slaw: Combine cabbages and carrots in a bowl, then mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, sour cream, milk, and garlic in another bowl. Fold the dressing into the slaw.
- Assemble the Sliders: Slice grilled chicken and place on the bottom half of each bun, add slaw, and top with the other half of the bun.

Notes
