Description

A delightful blend of creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, and sweet honey on a crispy pizza crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ball Pizza Dough
  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven. Set it to the highest setting (usually around 475°F to 500°F) and place your pizza stone inside to heat up.
  2. Prepare your workspace. Lightly flour your countertop or a large cutting board. Dust your rolling pin as well to prevent sticking.
  3. Roll out the dough. Take your pizza dough and gently stretch it with your hands. Using the rolling pin, roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer to parchment. Lay the rolled-out dough on a piece of parchment paper.
  5. Top it up! Tear open the burrata, allowing its creamy filling to spread across the dough. Layer the prosciutto artfully.
  6. Drizzle with honey.
  7. Bake. Slide the parchment paper onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish. Scatter fresh basil over top after baking.

Notes

Allow pizza dough to come to room temperature for easier rolling. Experiment with toppings like figs or arugula.
