Description
A delightful blend of creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, and sweet honey on a crispy pizza crust, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ball Pizza Dough
- 8 oz Burrata Cheese
- 4 oz Prosciutto
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Fresh Basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven. Set it to the highest setting (usually around 475°F to 500°F) and place your pizza stone inside to heat up.
- Prepare your workspace. Lightly flour your countertop or a large cutting board. Dust your rolling pin as well to prevent sticking.
- Roll out the dough. Take your pizza dough and gently stretch it with your hands. Using the rolling pin, roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
- Transfer to parchment. Lay the rolled-out dough on a piece of parchment paper.
- Top it up! Tear open the burrata, allowing its creamy filling to spread across the dough. Layer the prosciutto artfully.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Bake. Slide the parchment paper onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish. Scatter fresh basil over top after baking.
Notes
Allow pizza dough to come to room temperature for easier rolling. Experiment with toppings like figs or arugula.
