Description

A tantalizing dish combining tender chicken breasts with sweet raspberries and spicy jalapeños for a vibrant culinary experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Mix together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, raspberries, and sliced jalapeños in a medium bowl.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve hot, drizzling with extra sauce as desired.
