- 1½ cups cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- Chocolate ganache
- Caramel sauce
- Extra brownie crumbs
Instructions
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare the Brownie Layer: Crumble cooled brownies into bite-sized pieces, keeping a rich texture.
- Assemble the Cups: In serving vessels, add brownie crumbs, followed by cheesecake mousse, then drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce.
- Repeat layers, finishing with brownie crumbs and additional drizzles on top.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed chilled. These cups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
