Description

Delightful layered cups combining rich fudgy brownies and creamy cheesecake mousse, topped with chocolate ganache and caramel.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fudgy brownies, crumbled
  • 1½ cups cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Caramel sauce
  • Extra brownie crumbs

Instructions

  1. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Layer: Crumble cooled brownies into bite-sized pieces, keeping a rich texture.
  3. Assemble the Cups: In serving vessels, add brownie crumbs, followed by cheesecake mousse, then drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce.
  4. Repeat layers, finishing with brownie crumbs and additional drizzles on top.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled. These cups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
