Description

Delicious and healthy pizza rolls packed with flavor, perfect for game day or family movie nights.


Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Dough
  • Lean Turkey Pepperoni
  • Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning (Optional)
  • Olive Oil (for brushing)
  • Marinara Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the whole wheat dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Cut the dough into 3-inch squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  4. Place a piece of turkey pepperoni in the center of each square, topped with a small sprinkle of mozzarella.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to form a pocket, pinching the edges together, and crimp them with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
