Description

Delicious and flavorful Mediterranean Chicken Patties infused with bold Greek flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  5. Serve warm alongside your favorite sides.

Notes

For a healthier option, cook patties in an air fryer or bake in the oven.
