Description

Delightful no-bake cheesecake bites with a creamy pink filling and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 drop Pink Food Coloring
  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. Start by lining your baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In your mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and fluffy for about 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually sift in the confectioners’ sugar and mix until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and pink food coloring, mixing until you achieve your desired hue.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  6. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared dish.
  7. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly, smoothing it out.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
