- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter
Instructions
- Start by lining your baking dish with parchment paper.
- In your mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and fluffy for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually sift in the confectioners’ sugar and mix until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and pink food coloring, mixing until you achieve your desired hue.
- In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared dish.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly, smoothing it out.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
- Once set, slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
