Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 ears corn on the cob
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
  2. Toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the wings on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and wrap each potato in foil.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes until fork-tender.
  6. Slice the potatoes open and top with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and chives.
  7. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté the green beans with garlic until tender.
  8. Grill corn for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  9. Serve the grilled chicken wings alongside the loaded baked potatoes and sautéed green beans.

Notes

Marinate wings a few hours before grilling for enhanced flavor. For a healthier twist, consider air frying the wings.
