Description

A delightful combination of spicy noodles and creamy corn cheese, bringing comfort and flavor together.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Samyang carbo noodles (or spicy instant noodle of choice)
  • 1.5 cups frozen or canned corn
  • 1 cup grated white cheddar
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Japanese mayo
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook your noodles: Begin by boiling water in your large pot and cooking the instant noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, transfer them to a serving plate, setting aside.
  2. Prepare the corn cheese: In a non-stick pan over high heat, combine the corn, white cheddar, mozzarella, Japanese mayo, and sugar; turn the heat down to medium after a couple of minutes.
  3. Melt the cheese: Stir occasionally until melted and creamy, about 3 minutes.
  4. Assemble and garnish: Pour the corn cheese over the noodles and sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
  5. Step back and enjoy: Admire your creation before diving in.

Notes

Make-ahead tips available. Store corn cheese in the fridge for up to two days.
