Description

Delight in the sweet flavor explosion of crispy taco shells filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, diced
  • Taco-shaped waffle cones or taco shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the melted butter and mix until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into taco-shaped molds to form mini crusts.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  8. Fill each taco shell with the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Top with diced strawberries.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make the taco shells and filling a day in advance; assemble before serving for freshness. Can be customized with different fruits.
