- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 grams Feta Cheese
- 100 grams Greek Yogurt or Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Zaatar
- 100 grams Olives (mixed varieties)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (parsley or mint)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whip the feta: In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and garlic powder if using. Blend until creamy.
- Warm the naan: Place naan on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for 5–7 minutes.
- Drizzle with olive oil: Pull naan from the oven and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- Spread the whipped feta: Use a spatula to spread the whipped feta mixture evenly on each naan.
- Sprinkle zaatar: Generously sprinkle zaatar over the feta.
- Add the olives: Scatter a mix of olives on top.
- Garnish with herbs: Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!: Slice into pieces and present as the star of the show.
Notes
Make the feta mixture a day in advance and store in an airtight container. You can use an air fryer for quicker preparation.
